L'Operatore/Operatrice del Proprio Ingegno esegue tutte le fasi della lavorazione, dall'ideazione alla realizzazione, dall'esposizione alla vendita diretta.

L'Operatore/Operatrice del Proprio Ingegno può esporre e vendere in modo diretto esclusivamente i manufatti di propria realizzazione ed è escluso dal campo di applicazione della Disciplina delle Attività Commerciali ai sensi dell'articolo 4, comma 2, lettera h del Decreto Legislativo 31 marzo 1998, n. 114."
